Poster-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I have TWO premises that are currently construction sites, so I need a billboard/poster to say 'coming soon' - see http://www.pepitosbar.co.nz/

(do not want dates to be included and unlike the picture on this site, must hide brand of beer - Mahou is not one of our beers)

Needs to say things like, but not limited to:-

Must include Website URL - http://www.pepitosbar.co.nz/

Needs to be visually outstanding, as premises on main road. I don't see this as a logo and a series of bullet points but a true piece of marketing genius. Incorporating the Spanish Flag somewhere is OK to add colour
