I am looking for a cover for the first book. For consistency, I would like to see whatever themes or concepts are used on this book’s cover, that similar themes/concepts are used throughout the series.

Themes

The only theme I am sure about is having a colour for each book. The first book is Green – that is, the predominant colour is to be green, rather than simply a green cover. There may be other ideas or themes associated with it, or different colours used, etc …

I imagine the four books lined up on a bookshelf. The colour is to help differentiate the books, to make each more visibly accessible.

Spine

Going with the colour theme for each book, I wonder if the font on the spine is to be in green, or the background is to be green. I guess this depends on the design of the cover itself … But, once again, the idea being that consistency is used throughout the series.

Symbolism

The book has been written with the idea that these stories could have happened anywhere, anytime, to anyone. With this in mind, I want to avoid using any kind of Australiana or Aboriginal symbolism.
