Banner-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are looking for some talented creators to create for us a banner ad for our online clothing store that specializes in dresses. We are looking for a fresh, clean, and sleek BEBE, H&M, and Vogue appeal- clean, modern and sophisticated.

We would like for the final project to appear professionally done, we've had projects completed by several talent out there that did not capture our image, and let's just say it was too cluttered and appeared as if a high school editor had completed it.

I have attached a few files for you to reference, I have File 1, 2, 3, 8 and the H&M photos as examples of what we DO like.

I have attached File 5, which is the work of one the designers that was working on this project. Although it is very simple and gets the point across, it doesn't come across like a magazine editorial.

I have attached File 6, that is the main photo we wish to use for our banner.

I have attached File 7, which is what a creator had done for us via Swiftly.com, that is a good example of what we do NOT want.

Our company targets women of all ages, we carry dresses that cater to every occasion, whether its an older woman looking for a dress to attend a wedding or a teenager looking for a prom dress. We want our front page banner to appear fresh, clean, with a feminine touch, we want to stray from tacky (gradients, etc..) and keep it classy all while maintaining that magazine editorial element, we want to be more fashion focused, like Vogue. We want this project to appear professionally done. Our desired concept is something out of a magazine editorial, not too much going on, while shifting focus more on the dress itself than a design element like flowers or spring backgrounds.
