We have extended the deadline to the 10th because we are just in the middle of a project and want to ensure we are across all of the wonderful designs we have been given already.

Absolutely.  We have just been busy with a festival and will be making a decision this week.  But we are definitely going ahead.

I think Bibi is asking if you are going to guarantee payment for the project (it currently isn't). Also if you have any feedback for my submissions that would be great.
