Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am seeking a logo to be developed for our parent operating company, BRK Group. Our businesses include operating a number of Australian hospitality businesses and also overseeing small to medium residential property development. The parent company is used on business cards as there are many company names within the group, so this will simplify the message.

I would like to see a professional logo developed that has an element of fun, representing the hospitaltiy/food & beverage environment. Also needs to project a feeling of confidence when handing it to a client. I would prefer lower case text but am happy to see concepts.
