Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

hi everyone !

This project is about the logo for a guild : the nurses of French Polynesia :
Our group is about deontology, regulatory and representativeness of nursing

1/ since we're in the medical field, we would like to represents medicine with the snake known as "rod of Asclepius" there are many many version out there, we would like a very graphic, modern look to it. Color needs to be red, we don't actually need the rod, but more like one snake

2/ Our guild has members on all 4 archipelagos and we would like to have them named : "Société -Tuamotu Gambier - Australes - Marquises"
We also like the idea of having 4 characters, each one representing one of these archipelago holding hands or something like that (a little like the logo for Rio olympic games 2016)
or like the American College of Nurse-Midwives logo

3/ including a specific fern named "microsorum scolopendria" would be interesting as it represents ancient traditional medicine in Tahiti
It could also be another tahitian flower such as hibiscus or tahitian gardenia i let you visit a few websites about our country and get inspiration :-)
The ocean, the sea is also very important and central here, so including the water element somehow would be a plus, it can be ocean inspired or water fall (we have some very pretty ones around ^^)

4/ the colors we are thinking about is blue, green and yellow
I let you see what goes best with the red of snake
