Postkarten-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Mine is a residential real estate marketing service for "Fixer Upper" properties in Central Indiana. My company owns the properties being promoted on a proprietary/branded web site (also being developed by Vista Print) and by Direct Mail . The properties for sale are not traditional real estate "listings".

I expect the post card and the web site to establish and promote the "new" brand for Green Tree Solutions, Inc.

The post card will be mailed to specific niche markets; primarily "Hands On" real estate investors, Rehabbers, Landlords, and First Time Home Buyers. The cards will routinely be mailed to investors and to residents in the area surrounding a property for sale to generate home buyer phone call inquiry, word of mouth referral, and to drive traffic to the (Vista Print) web site.

The objective is to develop a post card template with clear and consistent brand imaging, but also with specific blank areas to be populated with multiple photos of respective properties which are to be uploaded with price and descriptive text - to be changed out with each new property being promoted for sale.

Green Tree Solutions, Inc. is an online and direct mail marketing service promoting available home buyer opportunities. The objective with each post card mailing is to capture lead contact information, and to promote the Green Tree Solutions brand. It is not important to promote any individual personality or person involved with Green Tree. Prospective buyer responses from the post card will be directed either to the dedicated web site, and/or to a dedicated customer service phone number. Both the URL and the dedicated phone # are to be highlighted on the post card.

In addition to specific properties for sale (photos and brief text on the front of card), an important function of the post card will be to promote various home buyer services (illustrated on the back of the card). Those various illustrated services are provided by an affiliated team of experienced professionals. The services are enumerated in the pencil concept draft attached with this application. Specifically those services are: Home Buyer Financing, Renovation Design Services, Project Cost Estimates, Rental Property Management, Professional CPA Consultation. Many of those services may be provided free of charge for qualified buyers.
