Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am opening a cake and coffee shop, in an affluent area of Auckland, NZ. Focus is on dietary specific cakes i.e.; gluten and diary free, low sugar and general consciousness of what goes into our bodies. Basically, being able to eat a delicious cake without compromising on flavour or style, but to suit your needs.
I need a logo (needs to be print ready for labels, window signage, large outdoor/building signs, letter heads etc), then if it works out, business cards, coffee cards, flyers...
My theme for the shop is modern and clean. Colours/materials for the interior of the shop are: glass, black gloss/glass tiles, blonde wood, white, concrete and steel. We will have white boxes with either charcoal grey, hot pink or turquoise ribbons.
I would like the logo (I think! open to suggestions) in the hot pink please. I have attached a link to my Pinterest page for fonts and general styles that I like.

The logo may look better without capitals, its up to you.
What I DON"T want, is anything hippyish, unreadable, no little cupcake images etc and I'm not a massive fan of serif fonts.
The final design should be clean and elegant, show style and love with out being over the top fussy.
