Flyer-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Aloha designers!

Full color Bi-fold design template for a monthly or quarterly Hawaii real estate publication titled "The Resort Report". Design needs to be visually appealing and able to utilize various photos, text sections, graphs or charts, etc. For the Ko Olina Resort area on the southwest side of Oahu.

Needs to have a blank/clear area on the outside for mailing purposes and to adhere with USPS requirements. (http://ribbs.usps.gov/fsm/documents/tech_guides/FSMReference.pdf)

Final design needs to be in an Adobe Illustrator (.ai) format per the attached GotPrint.com templates. Bleed areas provided in the templates need to be adhered to so that we have a print-ready template with the necessary bleed areas.

All text areas need to be able to be edited and should not have outlined fonts unless it is text that will never be changed (ie: the title "The Resort Report"). Final design should incorporate appealing fonts and colors so that various text can be entered in and text size adjusted as needed.

The design template should incorporate a similar look and feel (color scheme) as the attached two-sided marketing info flyer on our vacation rental management services.

We can provide images, logos and other design components as needed.

Contact information with photo, name, phone, email, website.
