Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

The Michigan Advocacy Program is a nonprofit organization that includes direct service programs and statewide advocacy programs. MAP is the umbrella organization.

Our direct service components are Legal Services of South Central Michigan and Farmworker Legal Services. LSSCM provides free civil legal assistance to low income individuals and families in 13 counties in south and central Michigan. Farmworker Legal Services provides statewide legal services to farmworkers.

Our statewide advocacy services include the Michigan Poverty Law Program, Michigan Elder Justice Initiative, the Michigan Immigrant Rights Center, the Michigan Foreclosure Prevention Project and Michigan Legal Help!

We have about 50 staff attorneys who are devoted to public interest law. We provide access to the justice system for low income individuals and families. Our programs also help specialized populations like immigrants, individuals with disabilities, migrant farmworkers and seniors.

We would like the logo to be something that can look nice black and white. We do not have color printers in our organization. It would be o.k. to have one or two colors for the digital image so we could put it on our website and maybe some printed materials.
