Icon-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are creating an internal directory/org chart here within our intranet at Zillow and plan to incorporate "badges". Badges will represent different awards people have won, years of service, etc. This is a fun way to have people's achievements available for all to see.

We need some interesting fun graphics to go along with our badges. Badges need to be 300 pixels wide by 50 pixels high. Badge/Graphic needs to include the actual badge name so it should say "Zuperstar" and have the graphic either next to it or around it. Please have consistent font for all awards.

Grinder Award - one note for clarification, this is actual meat grinder
