Newsletter-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are a global financial publisher and we are launching a new email newsletter for one of our Asia titles - Asiamoney www.asiamoney.com - and we want it to have a 'fresh' look compared to the older newsletters it currently delivers - these will also be revamped at somepoint in the near future, in keeping with the design of this newsletter.
The aim of the e-newsletter is to deliver the weeks news on RMB (Chinese currency) and will be called the 'RMB Brief', and we want it to almost have its own sub-brand. However we want the e-newsletter to still feature the Asiamoney logo and to keep the link strong between the RMB Brief and Asiamoney (as it is only a part of the main product). We would like to have space for advertising* on the newsletter (I will specify where I want this, I have scanned a sketched outline/mockup and attached), areas to link to social media** and to link to other sub-products (mainly newsletters) within Asiamoney.
I suggest you refer to the sketched brief for a true idea of how we imagine the layout, however, we are open to some deviations from what we have suggested. Visit the asiamoney website www.asiamoney.com to see the current branding, the brand is being stripped back from Asiamoney Plus to simply Asiamoney, so I will attach the simple Asiamoney Logo for you to encorporate into the design.
It might be useful to bear in mind when you are putting this design together that this newsletter will be going to high-level finance executives who have little time on their hands, so the template will need to be attractive (to get them to engage with the content) but also easy-to use/navigate to find the content that interests them the most.

*Advertising leaderboard size 728x90 (could we make the template no wider than this please), MPU 336x300.
