i can''t do so since i am not 100 %  sure of the quality of design results will be what we are truly looking for.  I do guarantee if we like something we will of course give the prize money away !!

I will guarantee prize money if we find the right design. I don''t want to be forced to pay if there is nothing 100%. Simply because you cannot offer a 100% guarantee we would be satisfied. Maybe if i see something really special. I can setup to work with a designer within a guaranteed project.
