Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo for an Optometry practice in Columbus Ohio the following is a discription of our Vision, Values, Emotional, and Rational Experience. I would like the logo to feature black and gold as we are looking to co-brand with Vision Source(www.visionsource.com)

Vision: To be the eyecare provider that families, friends and neighbors turn to for all their eyecare needs; from a thorough prescription determination and complete ocular health assessment to fashionable and comfortable eyewear.
