Since these are being printed on plastic cards, is it possible for the card to be transparent? (i.e. clear plastic)

Requirements
Nice to Have:
- The design needs to contain this link: bit.ly/MfATWf and any other detail that will encourage competition entry. The design will be printed on plastic.


Should Not Have:
- No borders (when plastic cards are punched to shape and size there is movement of 1 - 2mm, borders highlight this movement).

Keep text 3mm away from edges of the cards.

Please don't create designs to be produced on clear/transparent plastic.
