8 x 10 folded however I'm not sure if that's big enough with the amount of pics I sent. Would like all pics included so better to be 3 - 8 x 10 pages folded. Thanks!

The houses you build look like higher end houses with quality finishes. The marketing material that you use is important to define you as a high end company. Professional real estate and builder brochures are typically a booklet style (either landscape or portrait) with full 8.5x11in pages. I have submitted an example of this type of brochure for you to consider. This is a landscape style brochure where I have shown you the cover as well as page 2 and 3. The other pages would be 1 page for log homes, 1 for renovations, 1 for commercial/garages, 1 for the process, and then the back cover. I would appreciate any feedback that you have through the message or feedback system. Thanks
