Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung
We need a logo design for a small church based in Grandville, Michigan called Living Stones Community Church and a banner design. Our hope is that the logo design can be used on the website, weekly bulletins that are handed out at service on Sundays, and especially for the banner that will serve as our sign on the road so passing traffic knows there is a church service being held at the location. (We use the facilities at a Christian middle school in the area for our church service so we don't have our own signage) Ideally, the banner would be easy to read and contain the important info drivers will need to make a decision. (Church name/logo, the words "worship service 10:30am Calvin Christian middle school) or something to that effect and the web address for the church - www.livingstones-gr.org
My vision is limited to thoughts of dark orange and blue being the main colors of the new logo.
Our church is conservative in nature. Mature. Reverent towards God. Very welcoming, caring, warm feeling towards new comers. We are all about relationships with others.
Although I describe the church above in the way that I do, I feel the perfect design would still include a contemporary style without being too loud or over the top...more a blend of new/old school.
In conclusion, we are hoping to get a logo and a banner design using the logo.

Dear designers,
Thank you for those who have already begun to submit designs! Just so you know, we don't necessarily need to have a "cross" in the logo. Per our original brief, we are looking to try and incorporate blue and an orange/darker orange "main" color scheme in the design. A "fresh" look is great but should be fairly clean and conservative at the same time. The term "Living Stones" has a duel purpose to the name, first, that Christ is the rock that we stand on, and that we are to be his "living stones" throughout the community...people that others in the community can count on to be there for them in this journey of life. I hope this additional insight into what we hope the design helps promote is helpful. Thank you for your submissions!
