Is it possible if i select a character like a mini muffin or a cupcake to be like the icon of your logo? and does your logo have to be really masculine looking?

Dear Client, would you be kind enough to inform me and other designers if they're logo proposals are already elminated? (meaning that our logos dont have any chances to win?) because I notice there's a lot of designs still being submitted even after your dateline already closes. Normally that would mean that you already have a winning design and need the designer to send you a revised design to prepare for final payment.
