Interesting contest, pls resave and reupload your .eps file for Adobe CS5. It seems saved for CS6 and can't opened with older version.

Open the eps file in Adobe Illustrator and File->Save as ...
then give different name such as filename4CS5.eps and click Enter.
You will see the window titled "Illustrator Option", there are in the top section Choose Version drop down list and choose CS5 or CS4 respectively.

It is if you consider how serious I am about clean, simple design- I am looking for an extremely simple layout here. The majority of the work will be laying out common UI elements.

Hmm, but you don't know that how its tough to make the design simple and minimalist.

Simple design is much harder then graphically design.

OK I reuploaded the logo file in Adobe AI 4, incase anyone has an older version of the program.  The list of links and navigation menu items is forthcoming.
