Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are a UAS /UAV career site but have become more of a community so we want to adjust for that. As part of the process to redesign the site we need to make the logo fit the site (style not size). It would be even better to adjust the section colors as well to be a more metallic than flat/glossy.

It does not have to be a redo of the current logo.

We will need a compliment of sizes and file formats (for different banners etc). Also one with a 4 to 1 aspect ratio to run on twitter campaigns.

This is more about fitting into the site rather than a specific message.

Preferences - Crisp and professional rather than cartoon. Modern over traditional. Abstract is ok. We are less concerned about the "image" than being modern, professional and the right color coordination. The site will keep the dark background but the tab colors will be adjusted to a slightly more metallic shade and we are open to your suggestions on those.
