Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for a new Chinese restaurant in a college town called "Bao Bei". "Bao Bei" in Chinese means something that is priceless, such as your baby or something from a special person that you hold dear. We will have a modern design, using fresh local ingredients. We've got local farmers to plant Chinese vegetables for us. Our food won't be frozen and it won't be General's Tso Chicken, which was invented in New York. Instead it will be traditional food found in the Henan province of China. We want the logo to be modern, not traditional, to be fresh and not too cute. It should make people realize we are not the typical Chinese restaurant, that we are clean and use fresh ingredients and have a modern clean decor.
We have uploaded some pictures to give a feel of what we're looking for. It doesn't have to come from these, but you can understand the style. What we were actually thinking was having a map of China in the background colored green and then Bao Bei in the middle, we're not sure at all, we just want something that is going to show we are clean and fresh and opposite of your normal Chinese restaurant.
