Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo for a website that posts articles about strategic management and related topics.

Requirements:
1. A logo should be simple but modern.
2. I prefer blue as the main color because it's also the main color of the website (similar like in the attached 'logo' picture, but not necessarily the same)
3. I'll need a large logo and a mini logo. You can see the examples in the attached pictures. Mini logo shouldn't say the words: "All you need to know about strategic Management".
4. I'll be creating more websites for education, like: "Project Management Insight", "Marketing Insight", "Human Resource Insight". Therefore, I would like to adopt the same logo for all the websites by keeping the word insight in it.
