That sounds good, but why have I already had to pay nearly $300?

pagewise - 120 recipes, 120 pictures, plus contents, index, hints and tips & cover.

Actual book size is 220mm wide X 250mm high. (Unless that is a real problem - its just the same size as the official Thermomix book which is a handy size to use.)
