Web-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a sophisticated html graphic design for an email newsletter template, that we'd be likely posting via mail chimp.
We are an engineering consultancy so the design needs to be very professional...but visually pleasing and graphically sophisticated with 'depth'/ 'layering' - and not boring.
Current branding information available, as well as rough prelim, and an example that we like.

• The newsletter will require:
• - a title section
• - intro text section
• - 6 internal news articles with images (i.e. work that we are doing)
• - 1 or 2 external news articles with images (i.e.. stuff we like external to our business)
• - possibly a map of project locations that would change month to month
