Sandstar does not do actual renovation, but rather handles high end project management of renovation (primarily residential with an eye toward commercial and International) The renovation work could look very different between projects. This company works directly with the clients and manages the work of contractors, architects and interior designers (either subcontracted directly by Sandstar or hired by the client and entrusted to Sandstar to manage). Clients are high end in the economic scale and all materials should speak to that audience. Provoke a sense of change, openness and imagination, trust and integrity. The owner is female, but the audience will be heavily slanted male. It should not be a "feminine" or "masculine" looking . If anything, slant more on the masculine side.
Clean, simple, yet creative and artistically appealing. The logo should be clear and not competing with too many surrounding design elements.
