Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are looking for a logo revamp for our specialist recruitment brand - Maven Alpha. The current logo can be viewed on our website: www.mavenalpha.com. We feel are current logo is a little boring and not as exciting as it could be. Other than that there are no real issues with it from our side and are happy with the font, use of the alpha sign and the way it is laid out. Whilst, we would like to maintain a degree of professionalism in its appearance because we are a specialist recruitment brand, we feel the addition of color and or even a more dramatic change (font, style etc) is exciting. We want it to be less boring, more inviting and dynamic. Yet, maintain a degree of professionalism. Open to different ideas and suggestions from those of you who are far more creative than me!

I will also attach a document when this order process allows showing several logo designs from design crowd designers that we love and would love to emulate to give a clearer idea of the excitement factor we are looking for.
