Web-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Need markup (HTML Template) + external CSS for a Corporate Website of a Tech Company (with focus on gaming). Our requirements are:
- Professional and clean look
- Usability, ease of navigation. Placeholders for navigation/pages: About Us, Services, Coming Soon
- Use of our logo in header/heading and colors and tones that blend well with it. Want to see a design with a light color background as well as one with a dark background
- Tab-based horizontal navigation preferable. Willing to consider other navigational options
- Light CSS and/or Javascript. No convoluted or over-the-top use of graphics for elements which can cause slow rendering. Use of graphics is fine but don’t overdo it
- Clean organization of page components as containers: header, body and footer
