Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

This assignment is about developing one logo (for emedia llc), and integrating it with the existing logo of its sister company (iTMG) into a combination logo for the parent company tmg-emedia, inc.


CREATIVE BRIEF:

tmg-emedia, inc. is the “parent” company of two sister companies:

Information Technology Management Group, llc “iTMG”
and
emedia, llc.


A few months ago, using designcrowd, we developed a new logo for iTMG. The file is attached in both its long and short formats.

We have been delighted by the new logo, and now is the time to refresh the emedia, llc logo and the tmg-emedia combination logo.


First:

emedia is a woman-owned corporation that has been in business for over 15 years in software and web development. You will find attached the current logo for emedia as well as logo treatments from prior years.

The successful logo will incorporate the creativity of a highly successful web agency, the dynamism of a great software house, and the DNA of its woman owner and president (Anna Murray).


Second:

tmg-emedia (current logo also attached) needs to reflect the union of these two sister companies. The name will remain “tmg-emedia” but the logo needs to reflect in a meaningful way the union of iTMG and emedia.


This is why this assignment is combined. The successful design will integrate colors and theme from iTMG into emedia in such a way so that the combined tmg-emedia logo makes sense.

In short, tmg-emedia is not going to have its own separate logo.

Its logo should be the successful combination of iTMG and the (new) emedia logo.
