Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

non-profit focused on self improvement, empowerment for various populations from youth to corporate. We want to use CLI - Core Leadership Initiative- we'd like to see the logo with initials only, and the option of a tagline such as "developing leaders from the inside out."
We'd like to use blue and gold / yellow.
We like the idea of a crest / something that looks like of powerful and royal- but not too bold.
one concept that we'd like to see is a crest like shape with a bridge /lighthouse and an anchor incorporated.
if there would be some way to have the crest appear that it was on someone's chest- similar to the superman images where someone is pulling back their suit or whatever and it is revealed that this is what is underneath- kind of an empowering / breaking out of image- that would be really cool.
