Dear Project Owner, Thank you for your invite, but as stated in my profile I ONLY accept "Payment is Guaranteed" projects. I believe I am speaking for most of the serious, hard working designers out here. We have all had bad experiences with non-guaranteed projects, most designers have found that we not only put in long hours of our time on the work itself, but even after several refinements requested from the client still no payout, no feedback, no winner. Most of the non-guaranteed projects not only get extended time after time for periods of up to 3 months but in the end the clients have gotten a refind. collect enough ideas to take our work and go get the job done by a local Graphics Designer in his area. We have seen this happen over and over again. If you would like serious designer's participation would you please guarantee the project out of respect for all of us. Hi,

This is my first project on DesignCrowd and I'm fully prepared to pay for a winning design. As I understood the DesignCrowd concept, I could be wrong, a guarantee will require me to pay the price even if there isn't a design I can accept. This is not acceptable to me. This is why I did not go the guaranteed route.

There are two categories on this site, one is open briefs (contests) where you get many designers to submit designs. Ideally not good for professional designer since even if it guaranteed it isn't fair that a designer works hard to design and create a concept that you're not for sure going to pick it.
Then there is freelance job design which working with just one designer based on the quote offered and the likeness of their style. Hope this makes sense.
