Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are a concrete construction company specializing in small bridges and other civil/ municipal projects.

Ideally, I'd like to see a simplified Atlas holding the Tennessee Tri-Star in lieu of the traditional globe. I'm really only looking for black and white design, primarily for use on t-shirts and letterhead.

Need to include the full company name, and possibly the tagline "We carry the weight of the state"

Further, if possible, I'd like to incorporate or at least compliment the existing logo (especially the font), to maintain consistency with existing vehicle and office lettering.
