I have an example of what i am looking for. My company is a restaurant reservation and table management system. This tri-fold will be handed out to restaurant owners in a effort to get them to sign up. The tri-fold should be informative enough where it will make them interested and want to call me. I would like to highlight the low price of the system. I am uploading the tri-fold that i made in word so you have an idea of my system and have the content to add to your design.
