The first thing that comes to mind when seeing your logo, is needles! The word "Thrive" is way too sharp, also those two horizontal lines are not making anything better.
As a person who has ear problems, I would not be using your service, because your logo has already scared me off.

Have someone redesign your logo to something more warm and inviting. And let him come up with a consistent color palette for your brand. In a long run it will make a huge difference, because you will probably be attracting at least twice as much potential clients.
