is the logo Champ n Training or Champ in Training?

Question as above. We could do with clarification asap as their is such a short project time on this job.

Hey guys I really like the first design that has this little person on it and incorporates the "n" please makes designs like thus if possible

I got lost with this requirement,

Nice to Have:
- Cartoon character

Should Not Have:
- Cartoon character

so should it have a cartoon character or not?
and can it be any mascot, no preference like male/female/animal?
