The winning design will incorporate a professional color scheme with company logo in a clean layout with specified widgets. The design needs to consider that this will be developed on a responsive theme. Color is #307d84, with gray/black or other as an accent/highlight color.

  Footer will have contact info (below) and attached affiliation logos.
