Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Hello –

I’m looking for a logo for WantedHomes.com. Wanted Homes is a real estate company in Washington, DC which looks for people who are in trouble with their homes, educates them, gets them out of that situation and puts them on a proven path for stability.

The logo should have a distinctly “government” or protective feel to it. If text is used in the design, it should be fully contained by the logo/image. I see it as a badge/shield, a round government seal or something that looks like something created by a hot iron (branding)tool. See attachments for real world examples I like.

Ideas or objects that could (don't have to) be incorporated:
• A Home
• “W” (for wanted) (maybe a W leading into a home structure)
• Star or stars
• Shield

Style
I'm going for a "WANTED" theme (see attached biz card). It could be an old western feel or something like today's Most Wanted posters (FBI, etc.)

Content
The name Wanted Homes does not have to be incorporated, but can be. It definitely shouldn't be the main part.

I’ve attached a business card I designed and would like to incorporate this logo into the card on the back (as well as other collateral). I am open to changes in the biz card if necessary to incorporate the logo.
