Just saying, there are a lot of mistakes on your website.

Yeah I know. Its not really a business driver for us. Most of our business comes word of mouth or referrals. I'm doing the door hanger so I can solicit people in the neighborhoods we are currently working.

On the front when I said bold I was thinking above.  I found those images on shutterstock

Do you have a die-cut for the hanger available to work around?

What is the text that you would like on both sides?
The photo on your home page is not High Resolution - you would have to supply that for the printing eventually.
Did you want to use the logo on your website? If so, you would need to upload that as high res also.
I'm assuming you want the phone number on the piece but what about the email?

This is all information designers will need to work on your project.

I decided to go a little bigger than originally posted. The size is 4.25" x 11"

As for the text I'm not sure, and am open to all ideas.

I don't want the logo that appears on the website on the door hangers.
