Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I would like a redesign of my current look/logo, you can learn more about the business at frandeavor.com. Frandeavor is a marketing firm specializing in lead generation for the franchise industry. The current logo and color scheme should not be considered in the redesign. I'd like something a little more creative, something that can be printed on a round business card. Would like to move color scheme to blues/greens or perhaps a wash over black and white. We are based in a beach community, I would like the overall feel to be a retro/California brand.

Thank you to those who have taking the time to work on a new frandeavor logo. As a follow up, I'd really like the logo to be retro in feel. In addition, there is no need to incorporate the leaf into the new logo. We are a marketing agency so looking for something fun and retro.
