Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a Logo for our new venture called "The Source, LLC" We'd like to invoke the feeling of the fern leaf that is prominent around New Zealand, as our initial product offering is a high end bottled water from a healing spring from New Zealand, that will only be offered to higher end hotels/spas/restaurants. The spring dates back to 1875, and "1875" is etched on the glass bottle, so we may want to include somehow in the logo treatment. We envision the final logo to be black & white, though ultimately our marketing materials will invoke the green/teal glass, the color of the glass bottle the water is in, so that color family could be fine as well. I've attached photos of the product so you can see the glass color and 1875 etch, as well as a ppt that shows the inspiration for the fern leaf. Can't wait to see the results! Thank you!
