Etikett-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am in the process of setting up a small London based hip hop record label / music production company called Handcooked Records. I need a simple but distinctive monochrome logo to brand the company. The idea I have in my head is based around the "hand-cooked" logo found on a packet of Kettle Chips, replacing the guy stirring a pot with some more music based actions (spinning on turntables, or at a mixing desk) and adding headphones and a chefs hat to the silhouette. Id like it to be simple enough to be able to used as a stencil for graffiti, t shirt designs as well as business cards, gigs, fliers etc. The overall feel of the logo would be something not out of place spray painted next to a Banksy piece of street at using that photo realistic feel using dramatic shadow and light. I will attach the Kettle Chips logo as well and my attempts at creating the idea but really would need a pro to take to it the level I need.
