Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Hi,

Im looking for a new logo for what we hope will become a very popular free to use villa rentals website called "Villa Rentals", where owners of holiday homes and villas can advertise their properties to rent.

I want the logo to be professional yet modern. I am a big believer in that the most simplest logos always look the best. I want the logo to appeal to villa owners and want it to make a good impression that the company and website is very professional.

Villas usually bring to mind hot sunny weather and exotic locations, so I want the logo to be bright and icorperate colours related to hot weather, like yellows, reds, blues, greens.

I would like the logo to be a combination of text and logo icon combined, but if you have a good idea with just text, then please enter it as I am open to all suggestions, please remember though I do like simple looking logos and especially modern contemporary looking logos.
