WordPress-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a simple (I think), 4-6 page wordpress design for a hosted wordpress site. I have a new logo for the company (it's a puzzle piece), and business cards but no other marketing materials developed yet.

The main features of the website are Services Offered and How Clients Use Us pages and a Resources section.

Blog items
I will use keywords and comments, categories and tags.
Images will be used and should be clickable to see larger picture.

Nature of business:
-Garms Group, Inc. is a start-up independent management consulting firm based in the Twin Cities, MN but with affiliates in other US locations. We specialize in brain-based, research-based organization development, learning, and coaching services.

- citron green
-orange
-grey
-blues - not turqoise or teal

•Instead of creating a bunch of custom css/html, i would like the final design to be based on one of these themes (these are my favorites):

Anforderungen

Muss haben

• resources page must be set up like a small store - i'll want to sell books, training materials from this site
  
  also would like to build a mailing list over time so that i can send a periodic newsletter to visitors

Sollte nicht haben

• difficult updates or require me to hire someone to make simple content edits - i'd like to do that on my own
  
  don't want a lot of 'generic' people in photos on my site - would rather have a few real photos included or some visuals of symbols or objects that relate to the work provided
  
  like bold, modern look but not too cutesy or young looking
