Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung
This logo is for an online portal which enables property landlords to upload their properties when they wish to market them (find a new tenant). The process is very easy (2 clicks) & highly effective as their property is advertised on the renti site & many other major property portals. The logo should be clean, very simple, ot overly fussy but highly unique. We would rather avoid the obvious key, roof images as these are common throughout the property letting/rental market however a clever take on this would be welcomed. The word rent is obvious however the i represents both intelligence and interaction as this site will also cleverly make available slick products which will assist landlords with other aspects of the lettings process.
As the site is not yet together we are happy to consider any colour scheme however it must be modern & fun as this is the theme throughout.

I would like to see more text based logos ie concentrate on an attractive font & style with a minimalistic icon if necessary. Please see brief ie avoid obvious roof, keyhole, house etc.
