There are a total of five rings. Three of them are 1''s and 0''s rings including the outer one and two of the inner rings. The other two remaining rings are non 1''s and 0''s rings and alternate with the 1''s and 0''s rings.

The description about the third ring is not cleared. Can you please describe it again? And the illuminated ring should be the inner most ring or should be the middle one???
Please provide a brief about all three rings.

So the non 1''s and 0''s ring is just a solid ring with no numbers correct?
