Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are after a strong logo for our company that will be used on shirts and posters. We are a high level strength and conducting company that work with athletes in the NRL and UFC. We are open to any submissions we have attached a very very basic idea of what we are after. We are also open with what colours are used we were thinking predominately black and white with some yellow and/or red anything strong and bold?!?
Not sure of we would like any picture in our logo probably not but have played with the idea of having an image in the background or included in the writing.

EWF but the words elite warrior fitness must be there, we were thinking of including "high performance coach" and the key work areas "speed, power, strength, flexibility, endurance" but this is optional.
