I would like to dis but one question that you want a design or you want coded template coz you've mention joomla based design.

We are looking for a Joomla template that we can use with Joomla 2.5 or higher. In particular, we'd like the template in Artisteer format because Artisteer allows us to manipulate the template and export it in Joomla format.

Thanks for the paid invite. The design of home page and one inner page is quite fine.
But to make a Joomla or Artisteer format Joomla template in this budget is quite tough.
You know Joomla is quite complex than other template format.

So I request you to reconsider your budget.

Hello,

Thanks for the invite. However, I think creating a website using Artisteer format is unnecessary waste of time. If you need a Joomla CMS, then we can create and code for you so you can easily make adjustment any time, instead of insisting of using Artister.
