WHO WE ARE:
Hire Influence is a job recruiting platform that puts emphasis on a job candidate's network (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn). We help companies find Sales, Marketing or Advertising professionals that have better than average network followings. Many companies view an established network as increased sales prospects and opportunities (for instance, hiring an insurance sales person that has 2500 people in their networks may have better results than hiring a sales person that has only 150 in their network). ABOUT THIS PROJECT:
We will be replacing the middle portion of our home page (the area with the video and text) with one graphic that will capture the attention of our audience and demonstrate the power of networking.

The purpose of this graphic will be to get job candidates to activate their profile on our website. It will essentially replace the entire middle portion of our home page. The graphic needs to fit the look and feel of our brand and website. Graphics sizing should be 980x390 pixels. Here are the sites from some of our competitors: www.onewire.com, www.gild.com, www.silkroad.com that feature similar.

This single graphic will have huge exposure on our website which is launching nationally next week. We are looking for high level results with attention to detail. Clean and fresh, Social 2.0 appearance.

Must include the words "Showcase your Network. Realize your Value."
Could also include the words "Dedicated to the discovery of Sales, Marketing and Advertising superstars"
Also, if there is room on the graphic, include "Full Time, Part Time, Promotional Contracts"
