What is the industry?

The malampe.be site is a concept of e-business 100% dedicated to light. We sell a large part of the lamps land the other party some derivatives (spare parts, maintenance products ...)

Our areas of expertise are:

• the manufacture of luminaires
• the creation and sale of contemporary lighting
• edit young Belgian designers
• the sale of antique lighting restored
• republication and sale of antique lighting
• the creation and sale of contemporary lighting
• Retail Parts luminaire (repair kit for the former)

Our fixtures are proprietary products of impeccable quality and customizable by customers.


What are the main features?

malampe.be aims to showcase and sell quality fixtures while supporting knowledge Belgian and Walloon to do. Indeed, all our products are manufactured in Wallonia and suppliers come to 75% of the parts of Belgium. The remaining 25% will in turn from the EU. We therefore wish to place us in a line "Made in Belgium".

There are several advantages to this approach. First, we control the quality of our products and we can therefore guarantee excellent quality when selling but also in time.

Then make Wallonia and small series, allows us to offer "customized" products so unique and exclusive. We can therefore adapt the lighting to the desires of the client such as size, color, number of lamps, etc..

Third, we distinguish ourselves from our competitors by manufacturing in Belgium and allowing young Belgian designers to make themselves known. Indeed, we want to give them the opportunity to make and sell small series of luminaires via malampe.be.

Finally, we place ourselves in an ecological approach. In this context, we hope that the products we produce and we sell have a low carbon footprint. Manufacturer in Belgium, we are required to comply with the environmental standards of the EU. We thus avoid polluting transport when goods are manufactured in distant countries like China, India, Brazil, ...
