T-Shirt-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Kevin Rudd - former prime minister of Australia and rockstar Labor MP - is seeking t-shirt design ideas for his local campaign for re-election to Australian federal parliament.

About the Contest:
The winner could gain never-ending appreciation from a former Prime Minister of Australia, potentially see 100's of people wearing your design, gain some personal PR, AND earn $1,000! The design competition is open to anyone, and more than one entry per artist is allowed.

Who is Kevin Rudd? And Why the T-Shirt?
Kevin Rudd is the ex-PM, currently running for the Queensland seat of Griffith. As he reasoned on Twitter, on October 24, ''Calling aspiring artists. I'm after a new local campaign T-shirt design." To find out more about Mr. Rudd, check this out: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kevin_Rudd

Style Advice:
The goal is to create something interesting and not "boring." Mr. Rudd created this competition to inspire creativity and find a unique idea (not have another run-of-the-mill campaign t-shirt). Mr. Rudd is a self-proclaimed fashionista, saying on Facebook "As you probably know - I am pretty dedicated to good fashion. But when it comes to campaign election T-shirts they can be a little... boring. If you can come up with a better design - I'll use it."

Project Requirements:
1) Must include "Kevin Rudd"
2) Design goes on a white T-Shirt
3) Design the Front of the Shirt only
4) Design adult shirts - cannot be offensive or defamatory
5) Deadline is November 9th
6) Vector based working files ready to be supplied as .ai and .eps files
7) Mr. Rudd will decide the winner of his T-Shirt Design Contest

The Fine Print:
Note that while the team at DesignCrowd is currently reaching out to Mr. Rudd and his campaign staff, this contest is not officially endorsed by Mr. Rudd. The DesignCrowd winner may not be used by Mr. Rudd, but of course will still get paid $1,000! (And with our awesome designers, and high-quality submissions, we're confident he'll select one of your designs!)
