EXCELLENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
My business name is Excellent Management Systems. I am a consult specialising in helping with companies:
-achieve & maintain compliance to the international ISO 9001 Quality Management System standard
-document & continuously improve their processes
-use LEAN tools and techniques to remove non-value adding activities.
LOGO
Organisations go through four phases of improvement, i.e. PLAN-ing DO-ing CHECK-ing ACT-ing. (Google PDCA or W Edwards Deming). At the end of the 4th phase, the company should have improved. My point of difference is ensuring that companies I work with will experience GROWTH or some other key indicator of improvement. I also want to develop long-term relationships.
I want a logo that can illustrate this and can be a talking point.
SLOGAN
I will consider including, 'Adding Value'.
PROMOTION
I hope to develop a good reputation and grow my business by word of mouth. I will use LinkedIn, email, and maybe Facebook to communicate business updates, and articles of interest around the services I offer. In time I might advertise in industry specific publications. Once I finalise my logo, I will work on my web site and business cards.
HOW I STAND OUT FROM OTHERS
I enjoy working closely with people to provide management systems that will contribute to business growth, and sustain businesses for the long term. I want to develop long-term relationships with my clients, and value.
